I host this Wiki. I am presently in the process of launching TelEvolution, a company with a technology called PhoneGnome, an innocuous-looking device that mediates the landline phone, PSTN line and Internet. The result is "unbundling at the edge", where the user can acquire new features without the involvement of their landline operator.

Before TelEvolution/PhoneGnome I was CTO and a Distinguished Research Engineer with EarthLink Inc. (also see EarthLink R&D). I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been an open-source contributor for more than 15 years.
